WEBINAR || Social Justice & regenerative agriculture - Building resilience through diversity

webinar || social justice & regenerative agriculture - building resilience through diversity

Cost: free

Join us for a vital conversation on the relationship between social justice and regenerative agriculture in our upcoming community webinar.

This discussion will dive deep into how embracing diversity—across age, race, gender, sexuality, and socioeconomic background—can strengthen the resilience of our land management systems. Diversity is key to stability in natural systems, and this truth applies just as much to our human communities. However, when we look at the current cohort of land managers, it is evident that much more work is needed to ensure our communities reflect the diversity necessary for rue resilience.

This webinar will feature a powerful story from one ranch where a thoughtful study of its historical roots led to pathways for healing, reconciliation, and greater inclusivity in their land stewardship practices.

What You’ll Learn: The role of social justice in regenerative agriculture. How diversity within land management teams enhances ecological and community resilience. Real-world examples of healing and reconciliation in agricultural communities. Practical steps to integrate social justice into holistic management practices, empowering you to make a difference.

This event is designed for individuals from historically marginalized communities and allies to engage in a meaningful and welcoming dialogue on making our land management practices more inclusive and just.

By the end of this session, we hope to spark conversation and foster real action toward creating a more diverse and vibrant community of land managers. This webinar is part of an ongoing series we're calling "Edge Effect," around diversity in community dynamics, highlighting its role in fostering social and ecological resilience.
