The program

Enjoy a farm-fresh dinner and a farm experience at Soul Food Farm, a Solano County small farm, growing nutrient-dense food in healthy soil using regenerative practices. Learn about regenerative farming during a thoughtful dinner discussion facilitated by farmer Alexis Koefoed and Holistic Management Field Professional, Spencer Smith. Meet others who realize the important role of healthy, accessible food in building a vibrant community and economies. Ideate about how to build relationships between farmers and consumers in order to revitalize the California landscape. Everyone will enjoy a family-style meal together beneath the old oaks on the farm. The farm to table dinner features meats, vegetables, fruits, oils and cheese from local farms and ranches. It is a meal filled with peak freshness and flavor thanks to the farmers who grew nutrient-dense food, and the chef who expertly prepared each dish in the on-farm kitchen.Date: August 19Time: 5 pm to 9 pmLocation: Soul Food Farm, 6046 Pleasants Valley Road Vacaville, Calif. 95688SCHEDULE:
