Today I want to talk to you about the sacred cow. So here before me is a poster that Diana Rogers, a friend of mine, made on her website. She has eleven reasons why she eats meat and what good meat does for you.
For a very long time, people thought that fat was super bad for you, but fats and things from cows are actually very good fuel that makes up most of our brain. B12 is a really good vitamin that is only found in meat - you can see hat just a 4-ounce sirloin steak has tons of good protein, vitamins, and minerals. I'm a runner, so I like to make sure that I eat a ton of meat so that I can stay strong and healthy for my race.
Thanks for listening!
